Modern ambience in the historic station building. The selection of delicious cakes and pies is good even under the limited opening times on weekends. Unfortunately, it seemed to me that the friendly staff lacked routine due to the restrictions. When we placed our order, there was still enough cheesecake on display. We got hot drinks well before the cake. When this was brought to the table, the friendly condition informed us that the cheesecake was unfortunately sold out. Please adjust the process either the customers order drinks and cakes directly at the display, are then shown their place and receive their order at the place or the ordered cakes are immediately reserved for the guest in the billing app you use and from the display taken out. Very friendly team & high quality + delicious baked goods! If I lived a little closer, I would stop by more often to eat delicious cakes. A real enrichment for Königswinter!

Has never been there but free wifi

It's a shame that Königswinter is quite a long way from MONSCHAU, otherwise my tribe, -Cafe, could do that his ... greetings from Wolfgang! Everything was great and tip top !!!

Today was the first time in this special place: breakfast and cake at its best. Excellent quality, large assortment, pure enjoyment. In addition, there are charming ladies in the service who almost read every wish from our eyes. I will be here often!

Pleasantly surprisingly good! Friendly service! Price performance ratio absolutely consistent. The decor and atmosphere in the old station building were great. It's worth it!

The service is super nice and there is a great breakfast. There is something for everyone and there are many vegan options! Both the selected products and the presentation of the food are extremely convincing. The decor is also very nice. All around a great café or pastry shop!

The service staff forgets to order, grunts a brief apology, offers no alternative and no goodwill. Was there for the first time and for sure the last time.

The place is located at the train station, it is really spacious with several rooms and outside area. Very clean inside with friendly personnel. It is a perfect stop before or after a hike or a tour to Drachenburg castle or just exploring Königswinter area. As for the food, there is something for everyone's taste and nice coffee.

We had breakfast there, spontaneously. We were able to enjoy the sun and the incredibly delicious breakfast outside. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. Since no wishes remain unsatisfied. We'll definitely be back again.

Actually a nice café and an asset to Königswinter. However, the "corona-related" hygiene measures are not well implemented. In front of the entrance door, a "WARNING SIGN" prompts you not to enter the restaurant and to stand and wait in front of the café ... but it is not clear who or what to wait for. The service staff who come by and take care of the tables outside ignores the queue. There is no communication with those waiting. Some of the waiting people leave the queue and forego the planned visit to the café. The stubborn among those waiting are brave and enter the restaurant. There is a massive and very unfriendly address to an apparently overstrained service employee (somewhat strong, with glasses): "You have made a reservation, because we will soon have a company". With this information the visitors are left alone. No alternative seating will be offered. Those who are not put off by this unfriendly address, expect delicious, fresh and attractively prepared food and drinks. The majority of the employees are also friendly and courteous. My tip: ignore the waiting sign, which is supposed to scare off customers at the entrance, and enter the café boldly and purposefully. Worth it. At the moment the café is only open from Friday to Sunday. Hopefully that will change again soon.

Such an amazing experience. Staying in Königswinter for a few days, we had to come and visit Sarah's! The shop is fully compliant with all Covid 19 regulations and made us feel very safe and comfortable. Great outside sitting on a very quiet and cute street. We had both breakfast and later coffee and cake. Their vegan selection is truly impressive. Great coffee too and the service is great. Lots of smile and passion is shown here, even during a somewhat busy service. What they did with the space is impressive and we'll definitely come back here for another piece od delicious cake!

Today I went to buy cake, which was very delicious. Unfortunately, a waitress behind the cake counter was not wearing a face mask, was sneezing, took a handkerchief out of her pants and cleaned her nose without disinfecting her hands, she made drinks done, does not work at all in Corona time. I actually wanted to try breakfast there with friends next week, but now I prefer to let it go.

Very nice interior. The coffee was excellent and the cake was delicious. The service very friendly and attentive. Many criticize the high price for the cake, but you should keep in mind that this is royal winter and the prices are generally somewhat higher there. For us there was nothing to complain about.

For me the best café in NRW! No matter whether for breakfast or cake. I am convinced by the entire offer. The atmosphere in the old train station with its modern equipment is unique. In connection with the friendly service there is nothing to complain about. I always like to come back :)

There proprietors turned a decrepit, crumbling station building into a gorgeous dining room. If you love Chip and Joanna's Magnolia Designs, you'll enjoy the atmosphere here. The cakes were also quite delicious. Unfortunately, service is dismal. Even though the cafe was quite empty when we showed up, staff were disorganized. After a while we helped ourselves to menus, and it still took another full 15 minutes for a waitress to show up at our table - for the first time during our stay, mind. It took another 10-15 minutes for them to serve our coffee and cake slices. And that was the last we saw or heard of our waitress, until 2 hours later when I literally had to jump in her face to get her attention and ask for the check. Keep in mind, the place was virtually empty, and the employee to patron ratio was about 1:1.5 . While the cakes were good, they weren't spectacular, and serving sizes were on the smaller side. The coffee was okay. Prices are much too dear for what they offer, not good value for money.

I was disappointed with the price-performance ratio. The pieces of cake are very small. The tea served was only lukewarm and was already brought "ready" to the table. As a tea drinker, I would like to be able to decide how long to brew. Service was very slow. Pity!

Super quality, very nice location, very friendly staff. Prices are absolutely fine. The people who value quantity have to differentiate. You just have to reorder. We will be back definitely!!

The café is very inviting and is a great upgrade of the rather drab station building. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, you feel very welcome. We are from Cologne and were on the way back from a hike to buy two pieces of cake to take away. We are used to high prices, but the pieces were also very small. Mine didn't seem fresh to me either - but my husband was satisfied. Unfortunately I cannot make a recommendation.

I'm so impressed about this place. I believe the best cafe place in Königswinter.

Love the decoration and the atmosphere of the place! We wished there would be possibility to sit outside, but that is probably impossible due to location. Good luck for the family for successful business.

Nice place, service fantastic.

Shambolic service by bunch of school kids with no leadership. Couldn’t comment on food as they couldn’t even make a cup of tea. Just about managed to deliver a glass of water which was nice.
